Size 7 crochet hook

Instructions:

Ch 6, join with sl st to form ring.
Rnd 1: Ch 4 (counts as dc, ch 1), *dc in ring, ch 1.* Repeat from * to * 10 times. Join last ch-1 in 3rd ch of first ch-4.
Rnd 2: Ch 5 (counts as dc, ch 2), *dc in dc, ch 2.* Repeat from * to * 10 times. Join last ch-2 in 3rd ch of first ch-5.
Rnd 3: Ch 3 (counts as dc), 2 dc in ch-2 sp, *dc in dc, 2 dc in ch-2 sp.* Repeat from * to * 10 times. Join in top of first ch-2 -- 36 dc.
Rnd 4: *Ch 9, sl st in 5th ch from hook (p made), ch 4, sk 5 dc, sc in next dc.* Repeat from * to * 5 times. Join last ch 4 in base of first ch-9.
Rnd 5: Sl st in next 2 ch, *ch 1, (dc with ch-1 between p), ch 1, sc in 3rd ch, ch 2, sl st in 2nd ch of next ch-4.* Repeat from * to * 5 times. Join last ch 2 in base of first ch-1.
Rnd 6: Sl st to 5th dc and sc, ch 7, *sc in 5th dc of next 9-dc, ch-1 sequence, ch 7. *Repeat from * to * 5 times. Join last ch-7 in first sc.
Rnd 7: Repeat Rnd 4, except sc in sc.
Rnd 8: Repeat Rnd 5.
Rnd 9: Sl st to first dc, *ch 3, sc in next dc, ch 3.* Repeat from * to * to last dc, ch 3, sc in first dc of next group and repeat from * to * around bell base. Fasten off.

Clapper: (Do Not Stiffen)
Rnd 1: Ch 4, 7 dc in 4th ch from hook, join in top of first ch-4.
Rnd 2: Ch 3, dc in same sp, 2 dc in each dc, join in top of first ch-3.
Rnd 3: Ch 3, dc in each dc, join in top of first ch-3.
Rnd 4: Ch 3, dc in each dc, join in top of first ch-3.
Rnd 5: Insert bead, marble or other round object, close with sl st over bead, ch length of bell, leave 4 inches of thread, fasten off.
